BDU Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater e. V.
The BDU represents the consulting industry. Member companies are management, strategy, restructuring and personnel consultancies. Through studies, certifications, guidelines, networking and further education, the BDU contributes to the fact that companies and the administration in Germany are always advised in the best possible way.
Not only is Restrukturierungspartner members of the Federal Association, Burkhard Jung has also been Chairman of the Restructuring and Insolvency Consulting Association since 2013.

Forum 270 - Qualität und Verantwortung in der Eigenverwaltung e. V. (Quality and Responsibility in Self-Administration) was founded in order to contribute to the sustainable success of self-administration by developing theses, stimulating discussion with all participants and thus giving self-administration a voice.
Burkhard Jung and Dr. Stefan Weniger are founders and Dr. Weniger has been a member of the board since December 2018.

TMA Deutschland e. V.
TMA Deutschland e.V. has set itself the goal of providing support in the field of corporate restructuring and reorganization as well as restructuring corporate insolvencies in Germany and of promoting the international cooperation of its members and their further training.
Eva Ringelspacher has been involved in the expanded Board of TMA Germany. She is also the initiator and chairperson of TMA NOW Germany since November 2018.

Neue Insolvenzverwaltervereinigung Deutschlands e.V. (NIVD)
The NIVD is the first nationally organised interest group for all parties involved in insolvency proceedings. Our aim is to achieve profitable communication and improved and closer cooperation between judges and judicial officers as well as all other major parties involved in the proceedings. The NIVD thus deliberately addresses all persons and institutions working in the field of insolvency law.
Dr. Stefan Weniger is a member of the advisory board of the NIVD.
