As a rule, an application is suitable one to three months in advance. Even short-term applications are no problem for us, because we can make decisions quickly and do so when it makes sense and is necessary.
We need your curriculum vitae, a cover letter and your certificates (school, university and job references). Please only send us your application via email. Please send us the documents in pdf or Word format and – if possible – in one file.
Cover letter: Refer to the tasks and requirements in the job posting. Your cover letter should not be longer than two A4 pages.
Curriculum vitae: The quality of your CV should be commensurate with the length and depth of your professional experience. It should be possible to capture essential content at a glance. We recommend a tabular structure.
Certificates and references: Training and/or degree certificates, relevant job references and training certificates. For students, the following applies: Please enclose current internship and/or working student certificates with your application, if applicable.
You will receive prompt confirmation of receipt of your application. If we are interested, we will usually invite you to an interview within 15 working days, otherwise you will receive a written rejection. Further information on our application process can be found here.
We do not have a standard applicant profile. In addition to the expected, convincing professional qualification, it is important for us that you are smart, committed, a likeable thinker, fit into our growing team and that the interpersonal chemistry is just right. In our job advertisements you will find information on the requirements you should meet.
We occasionally offer this option. However, since we invest a lot of time and effort in accompanying a thesis, we only do this for selected students. These are chiefly interns or working students whom we already know and who have particularly convinced us of their abilities. In exceptional cases, we also provide support for a thesis if we don't know the student. But then the student must be able to demonstrate outstanding performance and have chosen an exciting topic for his or her work.
