Initial situation

At the time of the third insolvency application within five years, the business operations of Whitesell Germany were intended to be continued in the headquarters as well as the four plants.

Restrukturierungspartner were commissioned to develop and implement a concept for the economically reasonable continuation of the business, so that targeted talks could be held with suppliers, customers and investors.
