Dr. Robert Tobias has been active in restructuring and insolvency consulting since 2003. His main areas of practice include the conception, assessment and implementation of out-of-court restructuring projects, the execution of distressed M&A mandates as well as the structuring and management of insolvency proceedings. Dr. Tobias regularly supports entrepreneurs, credit institutions and well-known insolvency administrators in restructuring, whether out of court, in self-administration or in regular proceedings.
