Florian Tretau has extensive restructuring experience from several years of work in leading strategy and restructuring consultancies. In addition, he has extensive operational experience from leading positions in corporations and medium-sized companies. Prior to joining Restrukturierungspartner, he worked in the management of a listed group as Head of Finance, Controlling & Strategy. During his professional career, Florian Tretau was responsible for various strategy, organization and acquisition projects and, as CRO, took over responsibility for the operative implementation.
